Who we are

Our company has been established by Ermst & Young Consulting Austria in the year 1996 as one of the very first management consulting companies in the Region. Cap Gemini of France acquired Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice worldwide, including operations in Croatia, creating Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Hrvatska. Because of strategic reasons, CG&Y decide to sell CGE&Y Hrvatska to current management, which change the name into T&MC Zagreb In order to expand the business activities in the region, we created T&MC Group with headquarters in Munich, Germany with subsidiaries in Zagreb, Sarajevo Belgrade and Skopje.

Today the T&MC Group is one of the leading companies offering consultant and professional services in the SEE region. What makes us different from the competition in this part of Europe is before all else our in-depth knowledge of regional markets, strong local teams and great experience in complex projects passing through transitional transformation in the region’s economy.
